If you want to order an item and ship it to another address as gift, you would put your name and address in the bill to-section, and the persons address you want to ship it to in the ship to-section.

Single cards can be purchased and shipped 1st class mail for $2.00 in top-loader / penny sleeves as noted in padded envelope. This applies only to single cards, and up to 3 individual packs of cards. Cards noted as shipping in hard cases or screw-downs are limited to one per envelope at the rate of $3.50 to US; multiple item discounts are available and calculated at time of purchase.
INSURANCE:
Insurance can be provided for any shipments at the option of the buyer. Rates are based on final sales pricing based on the rate table below provided by USPS. Please let us know if you would like to have your purchases insured for shipping.

Refund / Return Policy
We are committed to giving you the best possible products and service. If any product purchased from Red Jaxx Collectibles differs from the description or condition noted on the Red Jaxx Collectibles website, we will be pleased to arrange a refund or replacement of the product.
All return requests must be reported to Red Jaxx Collectibles within 7 days of receipt of the product. The original item must be returned to Red Jaxx Collectibles in the same saleable condition as shipped / received and must be accompanied by any and all certificates or documentation issued with the product. Any framed or matted items that have been tampered with, or removed from the original framing or matting, will not be accepted for refund. Refunds or credits on returned items are applied to the original purchase price in the currency and payment method used at the time of purchase.
REFUND POLICY:
- All UNOPENED cards, packs, figures, and factory sealed items will be refunded in full (less shipping charge) if returned within 10 days of delivery. Once factory seal is broken, the item cannot be returned.
- All figures and cards are nrmnt/mint to mint condition unless otherwise stated.
- All Jerseys are new condition and are provided with factory tags where available.
- We are not responsible for any typographic errors regarding product information.
- Buyer responsible for return shipping cost(s) to seller.
- Returns subject to 10% restocking fee at discretion of Red Jaxx Collectibles for items other than those differing from description or condition noted.
Product Return Procedures:

You must first contact Red Jaxx Collectibles to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number in order for us to process your return. Merchandise returned without first obtaining an RMA will not be accepted by Red Jaxx Collectibles. When returning goods, please include invoice number and all certificates and related paperwork. Upon your receipt of an RMA and specific return instructions, please e-mail us the day you ship the product so we will have up-to-date information on your return in order to better assist you.

Condition of Packaging:
Red Jaxx Collectibles cannot control the condition of our merchandise as we are not the manufacturer or supplier. While we will ship the "best available" merchandise at the time your order is placed, and due to the nature of the hobby of collectibles in general, we cannot guarantee that your order will arrive in Mint / Near Mint Conditon. All orders are handled and packaged with the utmost care, but factors such as shipping carrier, temperature in transit, and age of merchandise can play a role in the condition of your order when it arrives. We will not ship items that are severely damaged unless noted as damaged stock or 'opener' in the listings on our site. In some instances, there may be minor defects in packages beyond our control. Please note: It is our intention to ship the best condition available; the lower our stock becomes, the more likely that the package condition may be compromised. If there are any questions about particular merchandise before placing an order, please feel free to contact us before-hand.
Non-Refundable Merchandise:
Jerseys that have been worn or with tags removed are non-returnable / non-refundable.
Certain 'Specials', 'Discounted' or 'Promotional' items may have a 'no return' policy. This merchandise will be clearly marked on the Red Jaxx Collectibles Website, as well as on the original invoice issued for those products. The Red Jaxx Collectibles return policies do not apply to these items.
